introducing the newest building in the lancaster arts complex: arbor on date!
arbor on date will be focused on performing artists and visual artists and their families. the building has 40 units, they are all 3 bedroom. the units are all approximately 1100 square feet and are flats (not lofts). these units will be afforadable, starting at around $1100. there is a minimum requirement of four people per unit (children count!).
arbor on date is located right next door to the arbor lofts building, just behind the lemon leaf cafe.
anticipated completion date is JUNE 2010.
